You Don’t Have To Have All The Answers
If you are in business and have been for long, you are likely prone to feeling like you have to have all the answers for your clients, and if you don’t for any reason, you’re a fraud.
Hold the phone!
That is some harsh shit right there, and it’s 100% untrue. After nearly 20 years in business, I can tell you for sure that:
Why? Because GOOD NEWS!… there’s a WORLD of people out there who have answers you don’t have. And that means there’s a world of resources you can look-up, call-up, reach-out-to or get help from and/or a world of resources you can refer your clients to. Hoorah!
The reason this news is so good is it means you do not have to be a jack-of-all-trades anymore, because often when we’re starting out we ARE jacks-of-all-trades in that we’re doing the job of 12 people just by ourselves. But as you grow your business and income, you’re going to have to stop doing that.
You’re going to have to stop being the jack-of-all-trades and start being the JILLof YOUR TRADE. 😂🙌
Meaning you get to SPECIALIZE, you get to niche down to only the work you love the most, you get to stop feeling like you have to have all the answers, and do all the things, and you get to just be responsible for the answers you DO have, and do the things you love the most and…
